We may change, suspend, restrict, replace, or remove any part of the service at any time, including formulas, interfaces, languages, routes, features, integrations, and tool availability.

Gogotem does not control and does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, timeliness, legality, security, or continued operation of any third-party service, external data source, external link, or advertisement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gogotem is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be accurate, complete, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, up to date, translated correctly, suitable for any particular purpose, or compatible with your device, browser, workflow, jurisdiction, or business need. Calculator errors, formula defects, coding bugs, display issues, unit or rounding mistakes, stale external data, translation issues, and service outages may occur.

You assume all risk arising from your use of, inability to use, interpretation of, or reliance on Gogotem, including any decision or omission made after viewing tool outputs or related content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gogotem and its operator will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, business, or third-party damages arising out of or related to the service. This includes damages based on calculator inaccuracies, formula errors, software bugs, coding defects, translation or localization issues, rounding or display differences, outdated or incorrect external data, user input mistakes, advertising issues, third-party failures, or your reliance on tool outputs. If, despite the foregoing, liability is imposed under applicable law, Gogotem's aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months immediately preceding the event, or (b) the minimum amount that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
You may not use Gogotem in a way that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, security-hostile, ad-manipulative, infringing, or harmful to the site, its infrastructure, advertising relationships, or other users. We may monitor for abuse, limit access, disable features, or refuse service where we believe use creates legal, operational, advertising, fraud, or security risk.
Unless otherwise stated, Gogotem branding, site copy, design, structure, and original site content remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use tool outputs for your own internal or lawful business purposes, but you may not republish Gogotem content at scale, copy substantial portions of the site, or present Gogotem branding as your own without permission.
We may revise these Terms of Use by publishing an updated version on this page. Continued use of Gogotem after the updated version is posted means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are written conservatively to make clear that Gogotem is a public utility site, not a professional advisory service, guaranteed-accuracy platform, or risk-free decision system.
